Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Callzy ("the service"), operated from the United Kingdom. By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: theo@trycallzy.com.

1. What Callzy is

Callzy texts back callers you miss, replies to texts, DMs and web chats using information you configure, and books appointments into your connected Google Calendar. Callzy does not answer live phone calls — a ringing phone is not picked up by Callzy. Some features (such as re-booking past customers) act only with your explicit approval.

2. Your account and responsibilities

3. AI-generated replies

Replies are generated by AI from your configuration. Callzy is built to stay within the information you provide, confirm details before booking, and hand a conversation to you rather than guess — but no AI is perfect. You are responsible for reviewing your configuration and remain responsible for your business's commitments to your customers.

4. Pricing and cancellation

Callzy is a monthly subscription (currently £197/month standard, £147/month founding rate) with the first month free and no setup fee. Prices are shown at checkout and billed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; if you cancel during the free month, you pay nothing. On cancellation your service stops, your number (if assigned) is released, and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Service levels

We aim for the service to be available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation — messaging, calendar and telephony depend on third-party providers (Twilio, Google, Stripe and others). We apply rate limits and daily spend caps to protect you from runaway usage.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, Callzy's total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect losses (including lost bookings, revenue or goodwill) arising from missed messages, downtime, or AI replies. The service is provided for business use, not consumer use.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be notified to account holders by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
